I had a very good experience renting the unit. The size I requested was available and I was able to complete the entire rental process ... I had a very good experience renting the unit. The size I requested was available and I was able to complete the entire rental process in only one phone call, my initial call. Joe, the gentleman With whom I spoke, was very friendly and helpful. He explained the costs and informed me how I could save by making automatic monthly payments. The whole process was very quick and easy. I would like to say that I rented a10’ x 15’ unit, but it turns out it is only 14’ 02”. long. I am not complaining, but I would suggest in the future that this size be rented as 14’ long, not 15’. But otherwise I am totally satisfied with the unit. It had been swept clean and came with a brand new key lock. The entire premises are clean and easily accessible. I would recommend TriLink rental to anyone needing a storage unit.
